Zymeworks is pleased to announce new and updated clinical and preclinical data presentations at the following medical conferences.
European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO)
October 23-27, 2026
Madrid, Spain
The rapid oral presentation will feature new clinical results from our Phase 1 randomized dose optimization study in heavily pretreated patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC).
Title: Randomized dose optimization of ZW191 in heavily pretreated patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer
Abstract: LBA40
Date/Time: Saturday, October 24 at 8:30–10:00 am CET
Location: Burgos Auditorium – Hall 3, IFEMA Madrid

Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC)
November 4-8, 2026
Phoenix, AZ
Zymeworks will present new preclinical data on a novel approach designed to target IL-7 to tumor-specific T cells. The approach incorporates IL-7 into a multispecific antibody to enable targeted delivery, with engineering strategies designed to limit cytokine activity on bystander T cells.
Title: Engineering targeted IL-7 delivery to enhance anti-tumor T cell fitness and persistence
Abstract Number: 1372
Date and Time: Wednesday, November 4 at 9:00 am–8:30 pm MST
Location: PCC-North Building-Lower Level-Exhibition Halls 4-5-6
View the 2026 SITC conference program.
PEGS Europe
November 16-19, 2026
Lisbon, Portugal
The team will present on our multispecific programs and cytokine engineering.
Title: Next-Generation Tumour-Targeted Masked Cytokines for Enhanced Tolerability and Localised Anti-Tumour Activity
Date and Time: Tuesday, November 17 at 2:05 pm CET
This presentation will review how combination of potency attenuation and masking increases preferential activity of cytokines on target cell populations; demonstrate activation of conditional cytokine by the combination of cis-engagement and tumor-derived products enriched in the TME; and show that combined strategies of masking, potency attenuation and tumor targeting can be incorporated to widen the therapeutic index.
Title: Engineering Simultaneous Targeting Of IL-4Rα And IL-33 Pathways To Broadly Suppresses Autoimmune Inflammation
Date and Time: Wednesday, November 18 at 9:00 am CET
ZW1528, a bispecific antibody targeting IL-4Rα and IL-33, mediates simultaneous blockade of type 2 and non-type 2 inflammation resulting in improved control of inflammatory responses in vitro and in vivo. ZW1528 was engineered to have optimal activity through extensive molecular design and a suitable developability profile by rational design and computational optimization. This engineering led to improvements in activity, pharmacokinetic properties and manufacturability profile.
Title: TriTCE Co-Stim: A Differentiated T Cell Engager Platform with Conditional Cis CD28 Co-Stimulation and Transferability to Diverse Targeting Strategies
Date and Time: Tuesday, November 17 at 2:05 pm CET
View the 2026 PEGS Europe program.
All presentations will be available to conference registrants on the conference website as well as to the general public at www.zymeworks.com/publications at the time of presentation at the conference.
