Mr. Schneider has served as our General Counsel since May 2026. He recently served as Vice President and Chief Counsel for the Oncology R&D portfolio at Pfizer from June 2010 to April 2026. Prior to this position, Mr. Schneider served as Vice President and General Counsel at TorreyPines Therapeutics. He began his legal career as an associate at Cooley LLP. Mr. Schneider holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a B.Sc. with a double major in Chemistry and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
