Starting their first day of employment with Zymeworks, employees are also eligible to enroll in our retirement savings program. Through this program, Zymeworks will match employee contributions to the plan up to the value of 5.5% of the employee’s annual salary.

Zymeworks’ fitness reimbursement policy allows employees to be reimbursed for a number of different fitness membership costs on an annual basis. On-site Massage

All employees are given the opportunity to refresh themselves mentally and physically with free Shiatsu massage sessions, provided on a monthly basis by professionals from Shiatsu Massage Therapy.

Professional Development

Zymeworks encourages employees to seek out and develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities that will help them grow professionally. Our professional development reimbursement policy allows employees to get reimbursed for up to 100% of the cost of seminars, conferences, and short-term courses.
